The war
The East has broken away, and its army is coming west through the Mid-West. Ibadan stands on the road to Lagos. Seven battles stand between the secessionists and the city.
From town-centre level 4 the council warns that war is coming. A battle comes each time the town centre reaches a new level from 5 to 11. Win 4 of the 7 and the nation holds together.
| Level | Battle | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | The Battle of Ore | The secessionist army has crossed the Mid-West. Stop it at Ore, before it reaches the Yoruba towns. |

| 8 | The Battle of Ilesa | A second column comes through Ilesa. |

| 11 | The Battle for Mapo Hill | The last assault, up the hill to Mapo Hall in the heart of Ibadan. |
